John Servizzi
A versatile production and operations professional, John founded WebStream Sports in 2006, bridging experience in high-level sports television production and high-quality, low-cost digital production methods. WebStream was acquired by Tupelo Honey (Raycom Media) in 2015 and in 2019, Raycom was acquired by Gray Television, which owns and/or operates television stations in 113 U.S. markets. Prior to forming WebStream Sports, he was an instructor at Butler University, leading courses in video production, multimedia design and professional development. While at Butler, Servizzi oversaw student-produced news and live remote coverage of arts and athletic events. This role inspired the creation of the first conference digital network, the Horizon League Network, in 2006.
John resides in Westfield, Indiana with his wife, Kelli, and their children; Jenna, Nathan, and Lucy.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Greg Weitekamp
Greg oversees day-to-day operations of the production and business affairs (including finance, accounting, legal, HR, etc.) groups, managing a staff of 30+ individuals, while assisting with business development.
He joined WebStream Sports as President and Partner in 2013. After tripling revenue in just two years, the company was acquired by Raycom Media, Inc., and subsequently merged with Tupelo Honey.
Prior to joining Tupelo Honey, Greg served multiple roles at the NCAA from late 2001 through early 2013, ultimately as Director of Championships, Broadcast and Digital Rights. He oversaw the operations of broadcasting and digital rights, media coordination and statistics. He led a team of 20, responsible for day-to-day management of television and digital programming and production aspects of the Turner/CBS and ESPN contracts, media at championships and the national statistics program. In addition, Greg served on the NCAA’s media rights negotiation team. The negotiation led to the partnership formed between CBS and Turner Sports for multi-media rights to the Division I Men’s Basketball Championship. That agreement, alongside agreements negotiated with ESPN, Westwood One and other partners were valued at nearly $11.5 billion in aggregate; at that time, the largest media rights deal ever signed.
Greg resides in New Palestine, Indiana with his wife, Shelly, and daughter, Reese.
